Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and maximizing profitability through effective team management and implementation of company programs.
- Act as a positive role model, embodying and promoting Diesel's brand values.
- Develop management skills by taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, managing the team, and performing certain Store Manager duties in their absence.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in managing sales staff and key functional areas.
- Perform omni-channel services and initiatives.
