Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and maximizing profitability through effective team management and implementation of company programs.
- Act as a positive role model for store employees, embodying and promoting Diesel's brand values.
- Develop management skills by taking ownership of assigned responsibilities such as customer service, merchandising, and operations.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the day-to-day management of sales personnel and key functional areas.
- Perform omni-channel services and initiatives.
Qualifications

- Proven track record as a respected leader in retail management.
- Ability to embrace change and keep up with retail industry innovations.
- Strong customer relationship-building skills.

Experience
