Role & Responsibilities
- Execute window displays, styling, and visual concepts aligned with global brand guidelines and expectations
- Plan, install, and refresh monthly window mannequin looks, in-store VM, and product launches
- Conduct regular store visits and provide remote support to monitor the assigned retail network
- Apply HQ and local visual merchandising directives whilst responding to individual store requirements
- Collaborate closely with Retail Managers and store teams to maximize commercial performance and support sales growth
- Support seasonal showroom setup and coordinate press day activities
- Train and coach store teams on visual merchandising standards, providing feedback to VM leadership and headquarters
- Play an active role in new store openings and refurbishment projects
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in an Area Visual Merchandising role within a structured retail company
- Excellent creative and design skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated passion for brand identity and capability to serve as a brand ambassador
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with capacity to influence and engage stakeholders across organizational levels
- Positive mindset with openness to feedback and commitment to growth in a dynamic environment

Experience
2–4 years of hands-on experience in an Area Visual Merchandising position within a structured retail environment, preferably with multi-store accountability and exposure to outlet or fast-fashion retailers.
Education
No specific educational qualification is required; however, strong knowledge of visual design principles and retail operations is expected.

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 32,000 to EUR 38,000 per annum.
