Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Product Sales Manager in driving sales and increasing team productivity.
  • Enhance the customer experience by coaching on service standards and promoting DFS Circle.
  • Ensure the team has clear goals focused on customer experience and productivity targets.
  • Supervise sales floor and manage team visibility for optimal staffing and coverage.
  • Liaise with Store Managers on staff coverage and scheduling needs.
  • Encourage the team to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
  • Maintain high standards of product and brand knowledge among the team.
  • Ensure floor presentation meets brand and DFS requirements.
  • Provide feedback to Store Managers on merchandise strategy and execution.
  • Set and maintain appropriate Presentation Stock levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in beauty or luxury retail.
  • Team leadership experience within retail or service industry preferred.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills to work well with people at various levels. Ability to coach and mentor a commissioned sales team. Comfortable in high-profile, high-volume locations. Outgoing and assertive personality with leadership qualities. Passion for beauty brands and products. Good communication skills, both spoken and written.

Experience

2-4 years of experience in beauty or luxury retail, with team leadership experience preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Compensation
