Delvaux in Brussels seeks a Supply Chain Intern to support inventory, procurement and logistics operations across retail and atelier channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day supply chain operations including purchase order follow‑up, order confirmation and carrier coordination.
- Assist with inventory monitoring, stock reconciliations and cycle counts to ensure accuracy across warehouses and flagship stores.
- Contribute to demand and replenishment planning by compiling sales data, preparing forecasts and maintaining planning spreadsheets.
- Liaise with suppliers, production ateliers and internal teams (retail, merchandising, finance) to expedite deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards and presentations to communicate inventory status, lead times and bottlenecks.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline logistics flows and reduce lead times or costs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master’s programme in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, industrial engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical aptitude with proven ability to work with numerical data and produce clear reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas) and comfort preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Effective communicator able to interact professionally with suppliers, carriers and cross‑functional internal stakeholders.
- Interest in luxury goods, craftsmanship and a customer‑centric approach to inventory and operational planning.
- Availability for the full duration of the internship as required by the academic programme or agreed contract period.

Experience
Internship or academic experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement or operations is preferred; exposure to real‑world projects involving inventory control, order management or ERP/data systems is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, industrial engineering or a related discipline.
