Delvaux seeks a Senior Sales Advisor in Vancouver to deliver exceptional client service, drive sales and cultivate high‑value client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, bespoke client service to high‑net‑worth and regular clientele, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and product storytelling.
- Proactively identify, prospect and convert VIP and walk‑in clientele; manage appointment bookings and follow up to secure sales.
- Maintain an immaculate boutique environment and execute visual merchandising directives to brand standards.
- Manage stock integrity: receive, process and reconcile inventory, perform cycle counts and support loss‑prevention procedures.
- Use the boutique CRM/POS to record client interactions, preferences and sales activity; ensure data is accurate and up to date.
- Support store events, private client evenings and trunk shows; coordinate cross‑functional needs with store leadership.
- Mentor junior sales staff when required and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performance retail team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally with experience selling leather goods or accessories.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain relationships with discerning, high‑value clients.
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Polished interpersonal presence, discretion and aptitude for delivering white‑glove service.
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings; willingness to support boutique events.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales with a documented record of achieving sales targets and managing relationships with VIP clientele. Prior exposure to leather goods or designer accessories is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary studies in retail management, fashion, sales or related discipline preferred.
