Delvaux is hiring a Senior Sales Advisor in Hong Kong to lead client development and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and consultative selling.
- Build and manage a loyal client portfolio, including acquisition, retention and re‑activation of high‑value customers.
- Deliver exemplary in‑store client experiences tailored to VIP and international clientele, including private appointments.
- Coach and mentor junior sales advisors, modelling best practices in service, product storytelling and upsell techniques.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation reflects brand image and seasonal directives.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems and CRM to maintain accurate client records, sales reporting and follow‑up activities.
- Coordinate with local management on inventory control, stock replenishment and boutique operations.
- Support and represent the brand at in‑store events, trunk shows and client entertainment initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within leather goods, accessories or fashion houses.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills with experience handling VIP and internationally mobile customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented, discreet demeanour.
- Ability to coach peers and contribute to a collaborative boutique team environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.
Skills
Experience
Several years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail sales, with a proven history of meeting sales KPIs and developing high‑value client relationships; prior experience mentoring or supervising junior staff preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary studies in retail, business, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
