Delvaux is hiring a Senior Marketing & Communications Executive in Hong Kong. Lead local PR, events and digital activation for the luxury leather-goods maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of local marketing and communications plans aligned with global brand strategy.
- Manage press relations and media outreach in Hong Kong, drafting press releases, managing media lists, and coordinating interviews and product loans.
- Plan and deliver boutique and client events, product launches, and VIP activations in close collaboration with retail and regional teams.
- Coordinate digital and social media content adaptation for the local market, liaising with internal content teams and external agencies.
- Oversee influencer and partnership programmes, from identification and negotiation to campaign measurement and reporting.
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling and visual presentation across retail, digital and PR touchpoints.
- Monitor campaign performance, produce regular reports and insights, and recommend optimisation based on KPIs and market feedback.
- Manage relationships with local agencies and vendors, and support budget tracking for local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum three years’ experience in marketing, communications or PR within luxury fashion, leather goods or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record managing local market activations, media relations and influencer campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and editorial judgment, with excellent attention to tone and brand voice.
- Demonstrable project management skills and ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
- High standards of discretion and professionalism when dealing with VIP clients and press.

At least three years of hands‑on marketing or communications experience within luxury fashion, accessories, or leather goods, with proven local market delivery in Hong Kong or Greater China.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent professional experience.
