Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver accurate sales and KPI reports to regional management; translate performance data into actionable improvement plans.
- Support recruitment, scheduling, and labour optimisation to align staffing with business peaks while controlling payroll costs.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience in luxury leather goods, fashion or accessories; track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrable experience in coaching and developing boutique teams, with a focus on clienteling and elevated service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships with discerning clientele.
- Strong organisational aptitude and attention to detail in stock management and visual presentation.
