Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience in luxury leather goods, fashion or accessories; track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrable experience in coaching and developing boutique teams, with a focus on clienteling and elevated service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships with discerning clientele.
  • Strong organisational aptitude and attention to detail in stock management and visual presentation.
