Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the boutique sales team to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while upholding Delvaux’s luxury service standards.
- Coach, train and develop sales advisors on product knowledge, clienteling techniques and personalised service delivery.
- Manage daily store operations including staff rostering, opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliation.
- Oversee clienteling activities and CRM follow-up to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure the boutique presentation reflects brand guidelines.
- Control inventory processes: receiving, stock rotation, replenishment and coordination of stock transfers with regional teams.
- Resolve client complaints and complex service issues with discretion and professionalism; escalate to regional management when appropriate.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses to regional management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury or premium retail, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a boutique environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented, client-first mindset.
- Strong organisational skills with proven experience in staff scheduling, cash procedures and basic inventory control.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills advantageous (local language preferred).

At least 3 years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail, with a minimum of 12 months in a supervisory or team-lead role responsible for sales performance and staff management.
Education
High school diploma or vocational qualification; formal training in retail, hospitality or luxury goods preferred.
