Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the boutique sales team to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while upholding Delvaux’s luxury service standards.
  • Coach, train and develop sales advisors on product knowledge, clienteling techniques and personalised service delivery.
  • Manage daily store operations including staff rostering, opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliation.
  • Oversee clienteling activities and CRM follow-up to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure the boutique presentation reflects brand guidelines.
  • Control inventory processes: receiving, stock rotation, replenishment and coordination of stock transfers with regional teams.
  • Resolve client complaints and complex service issues with discretion and professionalism; escalate to regional management when appropriate.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses to regional management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury or premium retail, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a boutique environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented, client-first mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills with proven experience in staff scheduling, cash procedures and basic inventory control.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills advantageous (local language preferred).

Experience
