Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, discreet service to a high-net-worth and international clientele, building lasting client relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, upselling and strategic clienteling.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of Delvaux collections, materials and craft to communicate provenance and aftercare recommendations confidently.
- Manage boutique floor operations including visual merchandising standards, stock rotation, receiving and stockroom organisation.
- Operate POS, process transactions and perform accurate cash handling and administration for daily sales reconciliations.
- Support VIP appointments, private viewings and in-store events; coordinate follow-up and client service after purchase.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within the luxury leather goods, accessories or premium fashion sector.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with polished presentation and discretion when dealing with private clients.
- Flexible availability including weekends and high-volume retail periods; readiness to participate in boutique events.
- Basic numeracy and administrative competence for transaction processing and stock control.

Experience
Minimum one year of direct retail experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion house, with proven performance against sales objectives and client development metrics.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or luxury brand management preferred.
