Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, high‑touch sales experience that reflects Delvaux’s heritage and service standards; proactively welcome and advise clients on product selection.
- Cultivate and maintain long‑term client relationships through ongoing clienteling, follow‑up and tailored communications to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets; monitor personal KPIs and participate in store performance reviews.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of Delvaux leather goods, materials and construction; provide expert care and after‑sales advice.
- Execute boutique merchandising and visual standards, ensuring displays are immaculate, stories are articulated and stock is refreshed according to guidelines.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately, handle cash and payments in accordance with company procedures.
- Support inventory control activities including receiving, stock counts and shrinkage prevention; report discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the store team on events, trunk shows and local marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and local clientele.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, preferably 1–2 years within luxury goods, leather accessories or premium fashion.
