Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to a discerning luxury clientele, converting appointments and walk-ins into lasting relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Manage client records and communications using the store CRM; schedule private appointments and coordinate after‑sales care.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards: visual merchandising, floor sets, product rotations and housekeeping to brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions, returns and repairs accurately while ensuring compliance with cash handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Assist with boutique events, private viewings and trunk shows, collaborating with the store management team to maximise commercial opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within leather goods, accessories or fashion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; right to work in the UK.
- Professional demeanour, impeccable presentation and discretion when dealing with high-net-worth clients.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct experience in luxury retail sales, with preference given to candidates who have sold leather goods or accessories and who can demonstrate consistent achievement of sales targets and strong client development.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational retail or customer‑service training is advantageous but not mandatory.
