Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to cultivate long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate leather goods with authoritative product knowledge, advising clients on features, materials and care.
- Manage clienteling activities: record interactions, follow up on enquiries, build and maintain a VIP client book and support appointments.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive prospecting, cross-selling and participation in boutique initiatives and events.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stockroom organisation, pricing, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support after-sales service including repairs, exchanges and bespoke customer requests, liaising with internal atelier or service teams as required.
- Contribute to in-store events, trunk shows and launches; collaborate with the store manager on local marketing and client outreach.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-level client service in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to manage relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Fluent communication skills and professional presentation appropriate to a luxury boutique setting.

Experience
Preferably 2+ years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, premium accessories or boutique environments, demonstrating consistent sales performance and high standards of client care.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or vocational qualification; formal training in retail, fashion or luxury sales is advantageous.
