Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports for the store manager and regional leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail, ideally within leather goods, fashion or accessories boutiques.
- Demonstrable leadership ability with experience coaching teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales targets and improving KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills; ability to cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Organisational competence in stock control, visual merchandising implementation and basic financial reconciliation.
