Delvaux seeks an experienced Retail Manager in Hong Kong to oversee Southeast Asian boutique operations, manage KPIs, and drive brand excellence across multiple stores.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support retail operations across SAPAC region with primary focus on Southeast Asian boutiques, ensuring business performance and development of Delvaux stores nationwide
- Supervise all retail daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to brand standards
- Ensure achievement of annual KPIs (CRM, conversion rate, units per transaction, spend per transaction) and provide performance coaching to sales teams
- Provide weekly and monthly qualitative and quantitative sales feedback to the Commercial Director and collaborate on sales improvement plans
- Maintain merchandise in top condition, implement procedures to prevent stock loss and counterfeit products
- Support after-sales service operations, ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction through efficient case and complaint handling
- Lead store openings and relocations projects
- Support retail staff recruitment and foster career growth across all retail personnel
- Collaborate with CRM manager to enhance CRM tools and organize in-store events for brand awareness building
- Establish strong connections with third-party stakeholders to attract high-potential prospects
- Execute training programs in partnership with headquarters to enhance customer service and product presentation
- Coach and mentor Store Managers and In-Charge staff, fostering managerial skill development, staff development, teambuilding, and delegation of responsibilities
- Provide constant feedback on product quality, market trends, and pricing to inform product development
- Work closely with Merchandising Manager to ensure efficient and appropriate assortment per boutique, coordinating replenishment and reallocation as needed
- Ensure stores maintain visual merchandising standards that maximize sales and reflect brand direction
- Support business analysis and market trend review for internal and external presentations
- Develop and implement marketing strategy in collaboration with Marketing/Communications department for brand awareness, client recruitment, and sales efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in business management or related field
- At least 7 years of retail management experience with proven multi-unit management in fashion and luxury sectors
- Strong understanding of KPI metrics and retail performance indicators
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent project management and time management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); Mandarin and Cantonese comprehension preferred
- Willingness to travel frequently

At least 7 years of retail management experience with proven expertise in multi-unit operations within the fashion and luxury goods sector. Demonstrated success in driving KPI achievement, building and coaching high-performing teams, and implementing merchandising strategies. Experience with store openings and relocations is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above in business management, retail management, or a related field.
