Delvaux Quality Service Internship, Brussels — 5–6 month role supporting luxury leather repair & restoration operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist quality controllers in tracking and managing pre-delivery return repairs, ensuring rigorous process adherence
- Encode and maintain precise information in Excel tracking files for pre-delivery returns and aftercare repairs
- Execute and verify appropriate stock movements in SAP related to repair operations
- Support restoration advisors in receiving, identifying, and logging leather goods at the initial aftercare stage
- Monitor and optimize repair priorities within the workshop to enhance processing timelines and customer satisfaction
- Manage incoming inventory of leathers and accessories, maintaining accurate stock records for materials and consumables
- Support the workshop team in overall organization and continuous improvement of operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Engineering school student or equivalent educational background
- Fluent in French and English (written and oral)
- Proficiency with Excel (essential) and SAP (advantageous)
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Genuine interest in luxury leather goods, fine craftsmanship, and heritage brands
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with quality and restoration teams

Experience
Currently enrolled as an engineering student or equivalent; prior experience in quality management, supply chain, or workshop operations is advantageous but not required.
Education
Engineering school degree or equivalent academic program (ongoing).
