Delvaux seeks a Press Intern to support its Press team with showroom coordination, press and media support, and collection launches. This is a six-month, full-time internship from January 2027, requiring an internship agreement from the candidate’s educational institution; it is unpaid.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Delvaux Press team with various projects.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized and ready for visits.
- Manage product logistics, tracking loans and returns.
- Prepare product selections for stylists and events using available options.
- Coordinate with press agencies to facilitate product loans.
- Manage daily incoming mail and parcels.
- Plan and organize press trips, including hotel, restaurant and transport arrangements.
- Oversee the translation and distribution of press releases.
- Create press-link pages with all materials required for media access.
- Prepare and distribute press kits following collection launches.
- Monitor and manage press reviews, global coverage and press alerts, ensuring real-time tracking of online and offline media.
Qualifications
- Currently studying communications, public relations, economics or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and resourceful.
- Interest in press and media relations within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Familiarity with SAP, Launchmetrics and Lebi logistics platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Must have an internship agreement issued by their educational institution and be available for six months from January 2027.
