Delvaux (Brussels) seeks a Paid Media Specialist to manage paid search and social campaigns for the luxury leather‑goods maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and optimise omnichannel paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic and display to drive acquisition, revenue and brand KPIs.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations: audience segmentation, bidding strategy, creative trafficking, pacing and budget allocation.
  • Develop measurement frameworks, set up tracking (UTMs, tags, conversion events) and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights using analytics tools; translate data into strategic recommendations for creative, merchandising and CRM teams.
  • Collaborate with creative, e‑commerce and brand teams to ensure campaign creative and messaging align with the maison’s luxury positioning.
  • Run A/B tests, landing page experiments and CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates and ROAS.
  • Stay abreast of platform product changes, privacy regulations and industry best practices; implement improvements to maintain competitive performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns for a retail or consumer brand; experience in luxury fashion strongly preferred.
  • Certifications or demonstrable expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising preferred.
  • Strong analytical capability with practical experience in campaign measurement, attribution and KPI reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally and translate performance data into business actions.
  • High attention to detail and a sensitivity to brand tone and creative quality required for premium luxury positioning.

Experience

Approximately 3–5 years of hands‑on paid media or performance marketing experience, ideally with a mix of agency and in‑house work; previous exposure to luxury, fashion or premium retail brands preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
