Delvaux — Brussels: Merchandising Intern (6 months) to support assortment planning, reporting and product launches at the Belgian luxury maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the merchandising team in assortment planning, SKU rationalization and product life‑cycle tasks for small leather goods and accessories.
- Compile and analyse sales, inventory and sell‑through data to produce weekly and monthly reports informing replenishment and markdown decisions.
- Prepare presentation materials and commercial calendars for product launches, seasonal deliveries and internal reviews.
- Coordinate with buying, production and retail teams to track PO status, delivery schedules and stock allocations.
- Update and maintain merchandising databases and PLM entries; ensure product information and visuals are accurate across channels.
- Assist with visual merchandising directives and boutique merchandising kits to guarantee consistency of brand presentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Retail Management or a related discipline.
- Excellent numerical acuity and strong attention to detail; able to interrogate data and spot commercial trends.
- Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to liaise with cross‑functional teams (buying, retail, production).
- Interest in leather goods, product development and luxury retail dynamics.

Experience
Prior internship or coursework related to merchandising, retail buying, or product planning is strongly preferred; 0–2 years of relevant experience acceptable for the internship.
Education
Enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor's or master's programme in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
