Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with both domestic and international clients as a brand ambassador to enhance loyalty to Delvaux.
  • Continuously improve service quality and embody a culture of warm hospitality for all clients.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the maison's vision, service steps, and extensive product knowledge to provide optimal client advice.
  • Drive sales and achieve set targets.
  • Communicate effectively to verify and optimize inventory levels.
  • Maintain in-store visual merchandising to uphold Delvaux standards and reflect the maison's image.
  • Execute all operational tasks accurately, including cash handling, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
  • Understand and adhere to Richemont Group, maison, and boutique policies and guidelines.
