Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, engaging with both domestic and international clients to enhance loyalty to Delvaux.
- Continuously improve service quality and embody a welcoming culture for all clients.
- Acquire a deep understanding of the maison's vision, service steps, and product knowledge to provide optimal advice to clients.
- Drive sales and achieve set targets.
- Communicate effectively to verify and optimize stock levels.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Delvaux's image.
- Execute all operational tasks accurately, including cash handling, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
- Understand and adhere to the policies and guidelines of the Richemont Group, the maison, and the boutique.

Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
