Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance brand loyalty by engaging with both domestic and international clients as a brand ambassador.
  • Continuously improve service quality and foster a welcoming culture for all clients.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the maison's vision, service steps, and product knowledge to provide optimal advice to clients.
  • Drive sales and achieve set targets.
  • Communicate effectively to optimize inventory levels.
  • Maintain in-store visual merchandising according to Delvaux standards to reflect the maison's image.
  • Execute all operations accurately, including cash handling, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
  • Understand and adhere to the policies and guidelines of Richemont Group, the maison, and the boutique.
