Delvaux Client & Events Manager position in New York City. Lead event planning, CRM strategy, and retail training to drive North American sales for this luxury leather goods house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support event planning and retail strategy to drive revenue in North America, including planning and executing trunk shows and events across different markets
  • Develop in-store retail event calendar and activities aligned with market calendar and global product launch plans
  • Create events and joint promotion campaigns to recruit new clients and enhance client engagement across boutiques
  • Align retail activation plans with client, product, and communication strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Develop comprehensive client communication plans aligned with drive-to-store activities and brand positioning
  • Plan and execute client engagement activities, measure implementation results, and monitor performance by boutique
  • Define local client and CRM strategies and actions aligned with annual business plans, focusing on contact acquisition, client acquisition, retention, and reactivation
  • Design and optimize client journey and experiential activations across boutiques and all customer touchpoints
  • Monitor data capture, CRM KPIs, and develop improvement plans to reach monthly and annual targets for the region and per store
  • Conduct CRM data analysis and share insights with regional teams and retail network
  • Support selling ceremony and client journey training programs for retail staff
  • Conduct CRM training with each store to help teams reach targets and track necessary KPIs
  • Develop training strategy in collaboration with regional trainers and define KPI and achievement targets
  • Create training collections, technical product books, and digital training content for retail meetings
  • Organize induction programs for retail and headquarters new-hires
  • Create product launch plans and product training guides aligned with global campaigns
  • Align with merchandising strategy to understand and drive buying patterns per client target segment
  • Participate in updating, creating, and optimizing various reporting and tracking systems
  • Collect feedback from regions and share results with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in client relations and hospitality management
  • Proven experience in luxury goods or high-end retail industry
  • Demonstrated omnichannel experience with integrated retail and digital engagement
  • Professional communication style, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and presentation abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
  • Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with proactive approach
