  • Develop and maintain a client base through proactive clienteling, follow‑up, and CRM record keeping.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to boutique KPI performance.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge of leather goods, accessories and maison heritage to advise clients and support purchasing decisions.
  • Operate POS and handle transactions, returns and after‑sales service with accuracy and discretion.
