Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador to engage domestic and international clientele, enhancing loyalty to Delvaux.
- Continuously improve service quality and foster a welcoming culture for all customers.
- Lead the team in understanding the maison's vision and service steps, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive sales growth and achieve set targets.
- Analyze sales, CRM, and KPIs, collaborating with office members to devise strategies and lead by example.
- Create an environment that accelerates team development and motivation.
- Guide the boutique and team members in achieving their goals.
- Design optimal organizational structures, retain suitable talent, and take action for talent acquisition.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect Delvaux's brand image.
- Initiate and monitor all boutique events and projects in collaboration with team and office members.
- Coordinate with office members and external stakeholders on negotiations and promotional activities.
- Ensure all operations, including cash handling, order processing, CRM, and customer service, are executed correctly.
- Understand and enforce Richemont Group, maison, and boutique policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales.
- Previous managerial experience.
- Preference for teamwork, curiosity, and commitment to results with enjoyment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust at all organizational levels.
- Possess a hospitality mindset with persistence and a willingness to face challenges.
- Interest and deep knowledge of the luxury market.

Experience
A minimum of 5 years in luxury goods sales with managerial experience.
