Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise boutique operations across Canada, with direct accountability for sales performance, client experience and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage and drive execution of special projects including store openings, temporary locations, pop-up activations and cross‑Canada retail initiatives.
- Recruit, coach and develop boutique teams; define sales targets, incentive schemes and training programmes to elevate clienteling and conversion.
- Own P&L for assigned stores or regions: forecast sales, manage budgets, control inventory and deliver on financial KPIs.
- Collaborate with global merchandising, visual merchandising and marketing teams to implement seasonal assortments, campaigns and in-store presentation.
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships through personalised service strategies and CRM-driven outreach.
- Ensure operational compliance with corporate policies, loss-prevention procedures and local regulations.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to regional leadership and headquarters on market trends, assortment performance and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership record in luxury fashion/leather goods retail, preferably with multi-unit or flagship responsibility in Canada.
- Demonstrable experience managing store openings, pop-ups or other retail projects from conception to execution.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management, forecasting and KPI-driven decision making.
