Role & Responsibilities

• Enhance customer loyalty by engaging with both domestic and international clientele as a brand ambassador.
• Continuously improve service quality and instill a culture of warm hospitality for all customers.
• Acquire a deep understanding of the maison's vision and service steps, alongside extensive knowledge of the products, to provide optimal customer advice.
• Drive sales and achieve set targets.
• Provide feedback on sales, CRM, and KPIs to the Store Manager and office team.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimization.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Delvaux's image.
• Support the boutique and team in achieving their objectives.
• Take initiative in planning, executing, and monitoring all boutique events and projects in collaboration with team and office members.
• Assist the Store Manager in accelerating team member development and growth.
• Ensure all operations are executed correctly in collaboration with the Store Manager, including cash handling, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
• Understand and enforce Richemont Group, maison, and boutique policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales.
• Preference for teamwork, with a curious and committed approach to achieving results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust at all organizational levels.
• Proven skills and track record in delivering superior customer service.
• Interest and deep knowledge of the luxury market.
• Spirit of hospitality and a strong drive for improvement.
• Experience in management or team leadership is advantageous.
