Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the boutique meets brand standards and commercial targets.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional luxury client service and maximise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Drive clienteling initiatives and maintain high standards of CRM follow‑up, including after‑sales service and bespoke client requests.
  • Oversee stock control, receiving, visual merchandising and replenishment to preserve product integrity and presentation.
  • Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and loss‑prevention protocols.
  • Monitor sales performance and KPIs, prepare shift reports and assist with local promotional execution.
  • Coordinate staff rostering and training to ensure adequate coverage for peak periods and special events.
  • Enforce brand policies and operational processes, collaborating with regional management on local market activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, with progressive responsibilities in store operations and team supervision.
