Role & Responsibilities
- Provide reliable reception coverage during absences, ensuring uninterrupted service and warm professional welcome to clients, visitors, and collaborators
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, telephone switchboard operations, and digital communication systems
- Organize and maintain seminar room schedules, coordinate catering arrangements, and manage office supply inventory
- Prepare and organize meeting rooms, including document filing and presentation setup
- Support the General Services Manager and Prevention Advisor with administrative tasks and well-being initiatives
- Handle multiple concurrent tasks with careful prioritization and precise deadline management
- Represent the maison professionally and confidently to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Perfect command of French (written and spoken)
- Basic to fluent English proficiency for interaction with international visitors
