Delvaux in Brussels seeks a 3D & Digital Product Specialist to produce photoreal 3D assets for e‑commerce, AR and marketing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create high‑fidelity 3D models and texture maps of leather goods and accessories for e‑commerce, marketing and AR/VR applications.
  • Develop PBR materials, UV maps and realistic renders that reproduce leather, hardware and stitching details with photographic accuracy.
  • Prepare optimized 3D assets and export pipelines (glTF, USDZ, OBJ, FBX) for web, mobile and augmented reality use, ensuring performance and visual fidelity.
  • Maintain and organise the digital asset library, version control and naming conventions to support cross‑departmental workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, merchandising, photography and e‑commerce teams to ensure assets reflect the physical product and season plan.
  • Perform technical QA on digital assets, address feedback loops, and adapt models for different channels and image requirements.
  • Contribute to workflows for photogrammetry or on‑site scanning where required; retouch and composite 3D renders using image‑editing tools for final marketing deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Portfolio demonstrating product‑focused 3D modelling, texturing and photoreal rendering — samples of leather goods or accessories strongly preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of PBR workflows, UV unwrapping and texture baking.
  • Excellent visual sensitivity to material, colour and finish with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across product, retail and digital teams to translate physical specifications into digital assets.

Experience
