Store Ambassador for The Ordinary at Sunway Pyramid Mall, Kuala Lumpur. DECIEM seeks creative makeup artists for prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup artistry expertise to provide personalized customer consultations and transformations
- Educate customers on The Ordinary product benefits, ingredients, and skincare science to drive informed purchasing decisions
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and manage retail software systems accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to execute in-store events and seasonal campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales
- Maintain and refresh visual merchandising displays to ensure brand consistency and competitive differentiation
- Work flexibly across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Demonstrate inspirational and authentic customer service that reflects the brand's prestige beauty positioning
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience considered if demonstrating high creative and technical expertise
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in Malaysia

Experience
Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level makeup experience who demonstrate creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply.
Education
Certification in makeup artistry is preferred but not required.
