The Senior Beauty Advisor delivers personalized customer service and achieves sales targets while creating an educational, inspirational in-store experience. The role also supports collaborative teamwork and the store's visual merchandising standards; it is a full-time, temporary position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve customer service and sales targets.
- Create a unique in-store experience that educates, inspires and delights customers.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the team to ensure the store meets the company's visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Mexico if invited to interview.
