The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Sales Associate to deliver an inspirational, personalized in-store experience for customers of the DECIEM brand portfolio. The role combines creative expertise and technical product knowledge to educate and delight clientele while collaborating with a high-performing team to execute in-store events and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational, and authentic customer service utilizing creative and technical expertise
- Educate customers on product benefits and drive sales through compelling product demonstrations
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute engaging in-store events and promotional campaigns
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store displays to ensure competitive differentiation
- Process transactions using retail point-of-sale software
