Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store makeup consultation and application experiences that educate and delight customers
- Collaborate as part of a high-performing retail team to execute impactful in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to compete effectively in the prestige beauty market
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions accurately
- Build authentic customer relationships through inspirational and personalized service delivery
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also considered
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in Australia
