This Keyholder position offers a dynamic retail opportunity within the DECIEM brand family of Estée Lauder Companies, a global leader in prestige beauty. Working as part of a high-performing team, the Keyholder will participate in in-store events, manage point-of-sale operations, and contribute to the store's competitive market presence through outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, inspirational in-store customer experiences that educate and delight through creative and technical expertise in prestige beauty products
- Collaborate with store team to execute high-impact in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards across the store to ensure competitive market positioning
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service aligned with prestige beauty brand standards during retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail experience or amateur-level beauty product expertise with demonstrated technical knowledge
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience in prestige beauty or luxury goods is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise in beauty products are encouraged to apply.
Education
