A Beauty Advisor for Deciem at Sephora will deliver personalized, inspirational customer service across all prestige beauty categories, meeting sales targets and store visual merchandising standards. The role combines product expertise, makeup artistry consultation, and collaborative teamwork to create memorable in-store experiences that educate and delight customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to customers while meeting sales and customer service targets
- Deliver expert makeup consultation and skincare advice tailored to individual customer needs
- Maintain the store's high visual merchandising standards through collaborative teamwork
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Work flexibly across retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with team members to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
