This freelance role is staffed at Estée Lauder Companies retail locations, with Randstad as the employer of record; the anticipated pay range is $21.60–$32.40 per hour, depending on factors including experience, skills, education, budget, and geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers effectively.
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to support smooth floor operations and an optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire or interview.
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with a retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, converse with customers, and handle product packaging and display materials; frequently reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
