DECIEM seeks a Beauty Advisor for a full-time temporary role in Satélite, Estado de México. The role delivers personalized in-store customer experiences, supports events and visual merchandising, and welcomes candidates with amateur-level make-up experience and demonstrated creative and technical expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Participate in a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Mexico if invited to interview.
