The DECIEM Beauty Advisor provides personalized customer service, meets sales targets and creates an inspiring in-store experience while supporting visual merchandising standards. The role requires flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve customer service and sales targets.
- Create a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires and delights customers.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the team to ensure the store meets the company's visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Mexico if invited to interview.
