Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, authentic customer service to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Create inspirational and educational in-store experiences that inspire and delight customers
- Demonstrate makeup application techniques and product benefits to customers
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and collaborate with store teams
- Operate retail point-of-sale software accurately and efficiently
- Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Mexico
- Make-up artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise acceptable
