David Yurman’s Visual Operations Coordinator supports the production, ordering, distribution, and inventory of visual merchandising materials across retail, wholesale, and corporate initiatives. The role coordinates vendors and internal partners, processes purchase orders and invoices, and supports store openings and seasonal window installations; some travel is required. The estimated pay rate is $30–$32 per hour, and the working mode is hybrid.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Operations Manager in ordering and distributing fixtures, graphics, and visual merchandising materials across retail and wholesale accounts.
- Liaise between vendors, retail representatives, wholesale account managers, and regional visual merchandising managers.
- Communicate daily with the Wholesale Team to support all 300 wholesale doors.
- Manage and log the wholesale image rollout distribution, keeping specifications up to date.
- Maintain an organized, current corporate fixture inventory reflecting office needs for markets, special presentations, and other initiatives.
- Create purchase orders for visual projects.
- Process and code vendor invoices, keeping the department budget current.
- Assist with new store openings, including travel to support store setup.
- Assist with seasonal and specialty window installations and events.
- Manage the materials library and regularly source new items.
