David Yurman is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator for a temporary role supporting the Assistant Manager across Men’s, High Jewelry, Wedding, and Timepiece categories. The role supports assortment management, merchandising operations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The hybrid position is based in Tribeca, New York, with four days in the office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support assortment management across Men’s, High Jewelry, Wedding, and Timepieces.
- Maintain and update line plans, pricing grids, delivery flow trackers, and other ad hoc merchandising files.
- Assist with seasonal market preparation, including creating, maintaining, and organizing market-readiness files under the Assistant Manager’s guidance.
- Support High Jewelry lookbook maintenance, one-pager creation, and product assortment updates.
- Partner with the Assistant Manager to ensure accuracy and consistency across merchandising tools, files, and reporting.
- Use internal systems, including PLM, Oracle, and Sigma, to support daily merchandising functions and business needs.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Support Wedding pricing updates, product information management, and competitive analysis as needed.
- Assist with special creation pricing across Men’s, Wedding, and High Jewelry.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in merchandising, buying, planning, or a related retail function preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze sales and inventory data and communicate findings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30 to USD 33 per hour.
