Role & Responsibilities

• Support design costing requests for new product concepts, including preliminary cost estimates based on materials, components, and available manufacturing information.
• Submit gemstone costing requests and coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain pricing information and ensure timely completion.
• Support Creations Product Activation processes by creating product shells, reviewing and validating Bills of Materials (BOMs), and updating mechanical information for accurate product setup.
• Assist with vendor access to BOMs for revised cost submissions; review submissions for accuracy, completeness, and discrepancies, and prepare costing information for approval.
• Track outstanding costing requests, vendor submissions, and pending approvals, following up promptly and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist with ongoing costing activities, data validation, cost comparisons, and special projects to support team priorities and maintain accurate costing information.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented, focused on accuracy, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organization, and analysis.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with others.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in product costing and manufacturing processes.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is USD 25 per hour.
