Darphin seeks a Global Marketing and Product Development Intern to support new skincare products, campaigns and launches, define product mix recommendations, coordinate cross-functional teams and conduct market analysis. The internship is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, with up to 2 days of remote work per week, 70% transportation-cost reimbursement, salary of up to €1,400 and product benefits throughout the internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing new products for hero franchises, concepts and marketing campaigns, from conception to launch, including product development, campaign development and internationalization strategies.
- Define the product mix and provide strategic recommendations for developing the marketing plan.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, product development and logistics teams on product development and 360° consumer engagement activities.
- Conduct competitive intelligence, studies and qualitative and quantitative market analyses to support future launches.
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day activities and requests.
Qualifications
- Business school student or equivalent, with a strong interest in luxury and skincare.
- Curious, rigorous, proactive, organized, creative and autonomous.
- Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Enthusiastic about the beauty industry and eager to discover marketing challenges.
- Strong command of Pack Office.
- Excellent written, spoken and reading skills in English.
- A first internship in marketing; experience in luxury beauty is a plus.
