Damiani Group seeks a Business Controller for its Mendrisio headquarters on a permanent contract. The role analyzes financial performance, costs and margins, supports group planning, prepares management reporting, and applies Python/AI to data analysis and process automation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance and variances against budget.
- Analyze costs, revenue, and margins.
- Support the development of the Group’s budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Prepare management reports and KPIs.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.
- Use Python/AI for data analysis and process automation.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in management control, business controlling, or FP&A.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Experience using Python and/or AI.
- Good command of English at B2 level or above.
- Excellent analytical and data-reconciliation skills.
- Accuracy, autonomy, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Knowledge of Power BI or SQL, or experience in international environments, is an advantage.
