Comadur seeks a Quality Inspector at its Bad Zurzach site to inspect sapphire-glass and ruby components, perform dimensional checks, classify sapphire stones using laser technology and record production data in Mapics. The role requires strong eyesight, concentration, precision and confidence using measuring instruments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspect sapphire-glass semi-finished products for material quality using an LED microscope.
- Conduct optical and aesthetic quality checks of sapphire-glass semi-finished products.
- Measure component dimensions using an optical measuring machine.
- Visually inspect the shape and measure the thickness of ruby half-moons.
- Enter production data into the ERP system (Mapics).
- Inspect and classify sapphire stones using laser technology.

- Very good eyesight and strong concentration.
- A deft touch and precise working methods.
- Confident use of various measuring instruments.
- A fast, careful and precise approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
