Comadur SA seeks a Lead Electrician in Le Locle, Switzerland to manage electrical systems, installations, and technician teams at a precision watch components facility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prioritize and manage incoming electrical service requests and maintenance interventions by degree of urgency
- Oversee the execution of high and low-voltage electrical installations in compliance with technical specifications set by engineers and project managers
- Prepare and submit technical reports to Electrosuisse for regulatory compliance
- Monitor and maintain the facility's KNX building management system, implementing system modifications as needed
- Source materials and services through supplier contact, competitive bidding, and internal purchase order management
- Schedule and supervise electrical technician work while ensuring quality and safety standards
- Participate in cross-functional internal projects and facility improvement initiatives
- Respond to urgent electrical emergencies outside standard working hours when required
Qualifications
- Completed professional training as an electrical installer or assembly electrician
- Proficiency in Swiss NIBT (Norms for Low-Voltage Installations) standards
- Possession of Swiss OIBT Article 13 certification (or eligibility to obtain) for independent electrical work
- Valid Swiss driver's license for inter-site transport within the Vallée de Joux region
- Demonstrated availability for emergency electrical incidents outside regular hours with a maximum 30-minute response time
Skills
Experience
Minimum experience as a trained electrician with demonstrated competency in installation and maintenance of commercial electrical systems. Supervisory or lead-level experience preferred.
Education
Mandatory professional apprenticeship completion in electrical installation or assembly electrical work, with recognized Swiss vocational qualification.
