Role & Responsibilities
- Construct watch case products according to technical and aesthetic specifications, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal construction standards
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation including assembly drawings, part lists, detail plans, operation plans, and maintenance records, with management through PLM systems
- Monitor and manage technical files throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of all documentation
- Collaborate with Product Project Managers and Process Experts on product definition and feasibility assessment
- Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of industrial standards
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes and product quality
Qualifications
- Formal training as a design draughtsman-constructor in microtechnology
- Minimum five years of professional experience in horology design
- Extensive knowledge of watch case (habillage) production and construction
- Mastery of CAD software, with CATIA V5 as the preferred platform
- Proficiency with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- ERP knowledge considered advantageous
