Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by converting traffic, driving average transaction value and promoting full-price selling.
  • Maintain elevated visual merchandising and presentation standards in line with brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage POS transactions, returns and accurate cash handling while ensuring compliance with store procedures and loss-prevention policies.
  • Support inventory management activities including receiving, stock replenishment, stocktakes and housekeeping to optimise floor availability.
  • Participate in client events, private shopping appointments and localised marketing initiatives to grow the client base.
  • Utilise CRM tools and sales reporting to log client interactions, track performance and share market feedback with management.
  • Act as an ambassador for product knowledge—communicate materials, craftsmanship, and service offerings to educate clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, with demonstrable sales results and client development.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a high-value client book through personalised service and follow-through.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and experience handling POS/cash transactions with high attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Professional presentation and excellent verbal communication skills; fluency in additional languages advantageous.
